The Wisdom Culture Narrative Edge

Visioneering, and GATE, have created a one-page briefing proposal designed to plant a seed with Democratic-Liberal-Progressive political operatives and influencers the idea that progressive politicians need to “gain the narrative edge” by learning to become transformational storytellers vs. delivering hackneyed political messages.

 We have assembled a cast of story experts and are offering to do weekend / week-long introductory workshops on the subject to help these politicians to up-level their voter communications by learning the fundamentals of storytelling using the transformational story arc and other models.

 In this “Era of Transformation” voters have become increasingly immune to stale political messaging and we believe are thirsty for deeper authentic and humanistic stories and communications that address, and speak to who we truly are and who we want, and need, to become to not only survive but to become more fully expressive of our innate potentials as individuals and as a society.

This is a complex and challenging objective, but one we feel called to initiate to plant seeds with the hope that they will indeed sprout and get supported.

 The Wisdom Culture Narrative Edge is a project of Visioneering and GATE to illuminate the need for new approaches, new thinking and new stories to enliven, support and unfold the emerging Wisdom Culture.
